At Rowland Wallcovering, our commitment is to swiftly fulfill your orders. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from receipt, excluding weekends. Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or ship internationally. Shipments are handled via FedEx Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days. For your convenience, samples are shipped via USPS or FedEx One Rate, typically taking 2 business days to process and 3-5 business days for delivery.
You can place orders through our website anytime, day or night. However, please note that our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm Eastern Time, during which orders are processed. Once tracking information is generated, orders cannot be cancelled. Upon delivery, shipped orders are subject to our return policy.

- Wallpaper rolls: Shipping costs are based on a tiered Flat Rate Ground Shipment, varying depending on the quantity and weight of your order, ranging from $9.99 to $29.99.
