Return Policy

At Rowland Wallcovering, we strive to expedite the processing of your orders. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of receipt, excluding weekends. We regret to inform you that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or offer international shipping at this time. Shipments are conducted via FedEx Ground, with an estimated delivery window of 7-10 business days. For your convenience, samples are dispatched through USPS or FedEx One Rate, with processing taking approximately 2 business days and delivery expected within 3-5 business days.

Orders can be placed through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, please be advised that our offices operate from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Eastern Time, during which order processing occurs. Once tracking information has been generated, orders cannot be cancelled. Please note that shipped orders are subject to our return policy upon delivery.

• Samples: Shipping is complimentary for up to 10 samples per order.
• Wallpaper rolls: Shipping costs are calculated based on a tiered Flat Rate Ground Shipment, determined by the quantity and weight of your order, ranging from $9.99 to $29.99.
